Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Monticello Self Storage services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Storage Services

Monticello Self Storage provides self-storage rental services. You agree to:

• Use the storage unit only for lawful purposes
• Not store hazardous, flammable, explosive, or illegal materials
• Not store perishable items, live animals, or plants
• Maintain your own insurance on stored property
• Keep your unit secured with an approved lock at all times

3. Payment Terms

Rent is due on the first day of each month. Late fees will be applied as follows:

• After 5 days: $25.00 late fee
• After 30 days: Unit may be overlocked
• After 60 days: Lien process may begin per state law

4. Access

You will be provided with a gate access code. Access hours are 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM. You agree not to share your access code with unauthorized persons.

5. Liability

Monticello Self Storage is not responsible for loss or damage to your stored property from any cause, including but not limited to theft, fire, flood, or acts of God. You are strongly encouraged to maintain insurance coverage.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must remove all belongings and leave the unit in clean condition.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
